NOTE: All items must be entered in to the system by 11:59pm on Tuesday August 22, 2017 at 11:59 pm . You will be unable to make changes to your inventory after this time. You will still be able to print your tags.
Please adhere to your maximum number of hangers limitation (additional fees may apply).
100 hangers total of which sizes NB-18 months are limited to 40 pieces & maternity clothing is limited to 15 pieces
Please leave a box/tote(s) without lid (labeled with your Consignor ID#) with the volunteer at check-in if you plan to pick-up unsold items the end of the sale on Sun. @ 4:00-5:00 PM
Please submit your self-addressed, stamped envelope (Consignor ID# in the lower right hand corner).
PLEASE drop-off your hanger related clothing sorted by size and gender (rubber band or twist tie sizes together), shoes limited to 10 pair and in ziplock bags (boots do not have to be in a bag), and all DVD's and CD's AND placed in one of the totes/boxes (if planning to pick-up on Sunday)

Sunday, August 27 between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.
Please be prepared to look through your bin before you leave to ensure you have all of your items. If by human error you have another consignors items in your bin please hand it to the volunteers at the door when you sign out so we can get it back to its owner.
Check the large item area in the gymnasium
Check the lost and found area to claim any items that may have been seperated from the tags.
You will be required to sign your items out before you leave.
Please allow about 15-20 minutes for pick up of your items.
If your items are not picked up by 5:00pm they will be donated. We apologize but no exceptions can be made!
